REACH is a year-long program designed for the advanced-level director who has been nominated for attendance by their executive leader. Typically a small group of 15 or less, REACH has been created to accelerate the learning opportunities for high potential leaders. The group is exposed to executive leadership via lectures, experiential learning and discussion.

Included throughout the year are topics such as Coaching, Service, Excellence, Quality, Performance, Innovation, Change Management and Project Management.
